If the return is due to a manufacture error, in the spirit of sustainability, please return the item, and allow us to repair and resend, while reimbursing postage costs.

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is liable for return postage, followed by a full refund of the garment price upon receiving.

Fill out a returns form and enclose it in the parcel, then send it back to us. A refund will be processed upon receipt.

Once your order has been successfully placed, we cannot issue changes or cancellations on your order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to us in accordance with our return section for a refund.

All clothing is genderless, including ours. You will find a size chart on each product page for cross-referencing with your measurements to be able to secure the best possible fit.

For information about how to take care of your garments, please refer to the care label attached to the product. There you will find information regarding the composition of the garment and how to take care of it when washing it. Keep in mind each label will be different depending on the fabric.

All our garments are manufactured Carbon Neutral from organic cottons and fibres and all printing is done in-house so we can monitor the usage of vinyls in order to minimise waste. Each drop only includes what we can guarantee to sell so there is no excess stock going to landfill. Each postage satchel is compostable, with compostable labels and our delivery though Sendle is 100% Carbon Neutral.
